I know we can't spot reduce but...

Post by amberleahy01 on Fri Feb 13, 2015 3:13 pm

Hi guys.
So, I've been really good the last (almost) 4 weeks, and although I am sorely incompetent at logging, I have been making progress. My question...my upper body looks almost skeletal, (I'm going to say 17%bf) while my lower body is still retaining a lot of extra fluff (I'll say 23%). I noticed in one of the links about testosterone (or lack of in women) being a cause of this. Do you agree with the workout advice (Roman), or do you have other advice? I just don't want to get unhealthy looking on top before it decides to start coming off the bottom.

Hey Amber-unfortunately everyone is different in where they lose it and when. You should be building muscle in both your upper and lower bodies and losing fat at the same time. Fat is just going to be lost where it wants to be lost and there is little you can do about it but keep losing. Sorry!
