Buffalo Chicken "Wing" Salad

8 oz chicken
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
salt & pepper
Franks hot sauce
Lettuce
Cucumber
Carrot
Goats cheese (or blue cheese)
2 tbsp Boathouse Avocado Cilantro Dressing


Cut 8 oz of uncooked chicken breast into strips. Mix garlic and chili powder together and season cut chicken breast. Add Salt and pepper if desired. Cook seasoned chicken in non-stick frying pan sprayed with olive oil cooking spray on medium heat (takes 3-5 minutes per side depending on strips to get them cooked through). Remove from heat and add hot sauce to pan and toss chicken strips in it (use as much as you feel you want, I used about 2-3 tbsp). Prepare salad of lettuce, cucumber, and carrot (and/or whatever free veggies you want!) and toss in 2 tbsp of salad dressing. Put chicken strips on top and crumble goat cheese (or blue cheese) on top.


With goats cheese:
