Late Start - Should I wait a full 7 days before switching over to low GL calculations on workout days?
I started on Tuesday Jan 20, so should I wait until Tuesday, Jan 27 to switch to Low GI/GL days when I work out?

I would do low carb monday regardless of workout then add low GI to workout days from there. So yes
