Swimming workourts

About 6 years ago I had great weight loss results from simply swimming about 50 lengths of freestyle 5 days a week. I'm wondering if I might be able to train smarter in the pool this time around. Do you have any suggestions? My plan is to do 2 workouts a week in the pool, in between 3 crossfire workouts and 2 full body workouts at home.

Hey Gord, you could do any of the HIIT workouts in the pool 2x a week. So you could do a warm up and cooldown and then 10-15 minutes of intervals. That would fit with your plan above and work just as well if not better.
