Hill Sprints

When doing hill sprints, do you measure in time or distance; ie 30 seconds or 200 meters?

How many reps should you aim for?

Either time or distance is fine but I would be 20-30 seconds and rest till you are recovered. 6-10 sets with a 5-10 warm up and cooldown
